    So we signed our contract finally and paid for our 10 day stay YAYYYYYYYYYYYYY. The contract has the time and locations of our ceremony/cocktail/reception so i will be sure to use that if god forbid they tell me i cant have the gazebo i want or private function. I still havent heard anything from our new WC since beatriz left. I will email Katie from Zuniga just to follow up and make sure we are still good since we paid a deposit. 

    I can start planning other events now. I was wondering if anyone is doing anything special for the rehearsal dinner?

    I know I will have more then 30 people so it would have to be private functions.

    Since the wedding is sunday... my idea is to have everyone meet at the swing bar friday night and hang out. any ideas with this?

    Also I was thinking to rent a catamaran for 50 people that comes with bus service to the marina instead of the rehearsal dinner or for a farewell cruise.... any other ideas? I like the beach party BBQ idea but i feel like it would be way to much of a hassle to set up at MP.

      Does anyone have the email for Kate from Zuniga?
      Also who to contact with dj mannia?
      My future mother in law decided that there was no way she would allow us to not have a dj lol! So now I'm looking into those options...
      Also, I talked to Michelle about new wedding coordinators.. She said they were training new WCs and I would be reassigned soon.. I'm worried to have someone that noone knows but I'm sure everything will be fine.

          Welcome Welcome back!  You are all too kind and generous, thank you for sharing your amazing photos with us.  You looked beautiful!  I am glad that all worked out well, and I will definitely look out for your review.  16 days before we leave...whew... 

           

          I've heard nothing but amazing things about her but it is definitely reassuring that one of "us" 2012 brides experienced her first hand.

            3 bags and my carry-on packed.... Hmmm I'm guessing 2 maybe 3 more... it's time to pack the towels, candy, and the actual OOT bags.  15 days before I pick-up my dress and 16 days before we fly out...  Whoa baby......

              I'm so happy to say that now I'm Mrs. Samuels!!!!!!   

               

              Congrats to Alaharri, LadiDi, and krsmith on becoming MRS, too (and if I've forgotten anyone, my apologies)!!  And best wishes to Coconoir, as you're packing and putting together the last few things before your wedding!  I know I've said this a bunch, but you all are so amazing and supportive.  It's mostly because of you all that we had the wedding of our dreams!!

               

              So pleased to report that everything was absolutely beautiful and perfect. I'm working on a DIY planning thread (already posted some entries - about 15 more to go, LOL).  Plus, I just finished my MP Review:

                I got a quote from Zuniga for a few things and it was $150 for MP, but that was before I told her about the "extra" stuff that I have in mind. I asked them for centre pieces (they do really nice ones actually) and then that i would give them lights, lanterns, table decorations, and napkins to set up. I am waiting on them to see what they say but she had said before that it would cost more than the $150 for transport and set up.

                    good morning!  for anyone who has already been married - how much was the transportation for the dolphin swim?  they say it is not included with the resort credit.  if my WC ever got back to me, I wouldn't be asking, lol!!  can you use the transportation to wet n wild?  also, does anyone know the times the shuttle leaves and returns if you visit the other palace resorts?  we are getting so excited...6 weeks til we leave!!  :)
