I'm having the same issues with Joannis. I'm keep getting different price quotes and am hesitant to give her cc information as well!  I requested for her to send me a breakdown of EVERYTHING before I move forward.  It's freaking me out because my wedding is on the 24th of June and nothing is set!  I hope all goes well for both of us!

I've been having similar issues with Joannis!  I keep getting different price quotes from her.  I'm nervous because our wedding is on the 24th of June and nothing is set!  I requested for her to make me an itemized statement before even thinking about giving her cc information.  I hope things will run smoothly for you and us!

Today, she had the gall to send me an invoice with all the uncorrected information saying "pending signature and payment in order to have your coordinator contact you". Uh what? I thought things would be charged to my room.  And after reading things on here about unauthorized charges, I don't trust sending my CC information over.

Anyone get their refund for reaching unlimited events yet?!?!  I'm having trouble getting ahold of someone!!!  Geraldine didn't answer me, Claudia CC'ed the accounting dept over a month ago and I've heard nothing.  I emailed Gretel and she immediately apologized for Geraldine and said she would get on but I haven't heard back from her and that was May 23rd!

I was told by a palace member and by Joannis that refunds take between a month or two. If you are a member, I would try and calling member services because they work wayyy faster and and super nice.

Hi there... I wanted to release sky lanterns so bad but unfortunetly moond palace does not allow it due how close we are to the airport. If somehow you hear otherwise please let me know but so far I keep hearing no. I was considering bringing a few anyways and just doing it.

Has anyone here used the solo harp player for the cermony?

 

I am signed up to have a soloist violin player as i walk down however i want to switch it to the harp but i am concerned with the size and if it will be heard over the wind at Tucan gazebo.

 

I attended a wedding at aventura spa palace which had a violin soloist play and it was wonderful.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
