The address can be found here http://www.palaceresorts.com/moonpalace/contact-en.html
but if I were you I would probably send them out UPS because the mail system in Mexico is terrible. I would personally never risk it, but good luck!

To ship out some items I don't want to log with me on the plane....and can't get a straight answer....soo frustrating!!! I could scream:eek:
If I could do over, Id pass on the moon palace....I know there are certain stresses that go along w planning a wedding but this is ridiculous!!!

Please please please help me to help you!  Here's the deal, I have 2 detailed reviews to write (Final planning thread, Moon Palace Review), about 3-4 vendor reviews to do and to post tons of pics that I took for the forum I started "pictures of different areas of Moon Palace"  I started the review (OMG this is hard work), I would say that I am about 1/2 (not really) done.  So maybe by Sunday-Monday at the latest provided nothing big happens this way.

Minus the final planning thread (which I'm still navigating through pictures) what would you rather see first?  What would help you the most.

We didn't use blume boxes!  We had Zuniga provide us with vases with blue water and gems in the bottom of it so that our ladies can put their flowers in after they were introduced

The below picture if my sweetheart table, however; the other tables had the same vase minus the greenery where they put their flowers in.

For the walkers you do not need shuttles....however; for little kids and older guest it's a good option.  My grandma who is 75 walked most places, but if she didn't know where things were she caught the shuttle...

Id like the MP review first as well, since thats the one thing we all have in common!

As for the 360 degree slideshow....it makes me think the place is even bigger than I thought.....do you really need shuttles...I like to walk, but yikes....my guests may not.

I will work on the review and push to have it up no later than Monday evening.  In the meantime I did post pictures on the "Pictures of different areas at Moon Palace Hotel" forum.  Those of you are my Facebook friends, probably are already overwhelmed with the amount of pictures that our guest posted (cuncrawl, welcome dinner, wedding day and then the pictures that they took while enjoying the rest of their time at moon.)

Here are some pictures of our wedding crashers (6 in total) they were on a business trip and commented that "this was the best time that they had at moon partying with us"  Hubby found them lined up on the steps and told them to come up...  also when we were over at Sunrise, some guest of YWS2012 came over to jam with us...  GOOD times had by all...  it speaks volumes when you have good crashers ;-)

I heard from someone on here that the Palace Resorts will not allow packages to be shipped beforehand. Also, my TA did a wedding for someone this year who had her OOT bag stuff shipped, and it never made it through customs...I would just pay the $$ to have an extra suitcase or carry on.

Luckily my mom has a suitcase she doesnt need or want so we will pack it....and then just leave it ;)

I understand how stressed you must be, so sorry to hear that!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
