Srry about the family!! You will have a beautiful wedding day no matter who s there to see it.  (as long as your fiancée is there, everyone else is just extra)!!! Don't sweat the things that can't be changed, it only upsets you more!!

So I ended up buying my hair flower yesterday on etsy.  I found that I was just being too critical about it.  When I looked again yesterday they all started to blend, so I just bought one!  :)  I will wait for that to come in and post pix with my jewelry!

 

I decided I am over people too!  SOOO sick of hearing, "we are trying to make it to your wedding", but they haven't even called or e-mailed my TA.  So, I am getting rid of the rest of our room block.  :)  My family and FI's family are the only people that matter from here on out!  Go families!  HA!!

Beautiful!  I looked into something like this but (as I seriously want to do everything) had to cut it from the budget.  I've read from past brides that they are a huge hit though!

I can't agree more about being sick of people saying they won't be able to make it.  My MOH told me in Dec she won't be coming, which temporarily sent me over the edge.  But since then I've decided that my family and FI's family will be there and that's all that counts.  We won't make it to 75 room nights (hopefully 60) but oh well.  I'll be a glowing bride even if no one is there to see me!  And after everything that happened with my family almost not coming (as talked about in Dec) I'm just so blessed my and FI's parents and siblings will be there.  "Go families" LOL!

Happy Friday Ladies!!!

 

I finally got the confirmation- MY WEDDING DATE IS BOOKED!!! YAAAY!!!!smile159.gif

 

We are staying at Moon Palace but my wedding will be at Sun Palace on November 23rd!

 

I'm soo happy to finally have my date booked!!!!

 

Everyone's projects look great!!

 

I will get my save the dates today and I will post them and I have also made "Will you be my bridesmaid?" cards that I will post as well this weekend or next week! :)

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
