KRSMITH,

Congratulations! On your 8 lb accomplishment cheers.gif

I've been doing OK considering my mom is very sick and in the hospital. The hardest thing is planning and taking my food so that when I go to the hospital I'm prepared....OK let me see if I get these abbreviations right R1P2D13 done 11.6 lbs!. I want to lose 30 lbs, but I'm not sure if I can do a 40 day round for my first time. Once I get to day 20 I'll decide. By the way that chili was stupendous!!!  Really want to have some cake on my B'day though.

I do have a question how was it when you did phase three, is it hard to keep on track and how much weight did you gain if any?

Wow Congrats! 11.6 lbs! Woo Hoo!

I know what you mean about being prepared. That is the HARDEST part about this diet. I usually make about a weeks worth of meals on my day off, so I have NO excuses! Usually it consists of LOTS of Chili. It tastes better as left overs! So that usually is my lunch, then when I get home I can make whatever I'm feeling. I want to lose about a total of about 30lbs too. However I know it will not be accomplished in this round. I am hoping for 20 lbs and the most. That ends up being the average loss for women (1/2 lb a day). Another 22 days seems SOOO LONG, but I'm already almost halfway through...just have to think of the long term goal. When I'm done with this round I think I am going to do the Isagenix cleanse. I know a few people who have done REALLY well on it!

I did really good on P3. The whole point is to STABILIZE, so if you read that part of P&I, you can not lose or gain more than 2lbs from your last dose weight. I did stabilize about a pound above my LDW. Don't be afraid of P3. If you do what you are supposed to, you won't have to worry about gaining. HOWEVER P4 is where you will have to really be careful and watch what you eat. I started P4 right at the beginning of Nov, and I went a little food crazy over the holidays...NOT GOOD. I gained it ALL back! But I wasn't watching what I was eating AT ALL, and not watching my portions...I wasn't holding myself back from anything. So it was bound to happen. This time around I will be much more careful and SLOWLY add carbs back into my diet.

If you DO have some cake limit your self to a super small piece...just enough to get the taste. Although then you run the risk of wanting more so that your cravings might take over!

Hi Kelly,

Your almost there, I'm sure you can almost see the finish line LOL...I do love the chili left overs...YUUUUMMMM...

Thanks, I wanted to know is fruit and melba toast allowed in phase 3 and what phase are you going to try the   Isagenixisagenix cleanse in P3 or P4?

Keep the good work!

Haha yes I can almost see it!

NO you do not eat your fruit and melba toast in P3. You go to basically the Atkins Induction Phase of the diet for P3. Although I do have a recipe for "Bread in a Cup" that you can have sparingly. Its not quite the same, but its a nice substitute when you are craving bread. Super quick and easy! And of course with this phase you can add FATS back in! Yay for butter, dressings, oil, and Mayo! :)

I think I will be doing the Isagenix a little into P4. I want to give myself a little break in between, but not enough to lose control again. PLUS we have a trip planned for the beggining of April, and I definitely don't want to be doing any dieting on our trip...too much temptations and I don't want to cheat!

Keep it up!

Oh and here is the "Bread in a Cup" recipe

1/4 C ground flaxseed or almond flour (I like to do a little of both. Play around and see what you prefer)

1/2 t baking soda

1 packet of stevia

1 egg

A touch of butter

Cinnamon taste

Mix it all up in a stright sided mug and microwave for 2 minutes. Let cool, and slice!

I like to slice mine and then put it in the toaster oven to dry it out a little. It will seem a little slimy/eggy when it first comes out, so I think that toasting it helps. Then I top with some butter!

You can also play with the seasonings you put it. I have tried a savory version that was pretty good too!

Hey Ladies,

One of my bridesmaid have been doing this and is down 20 pounds. I am looking to start this after I get over my cold, but my main concern is buying the HCG online.  I tired buying some diet stuff on line before and even after canceling they kept taking money out of my account.  So since you ladies are having success where can I safely purchase this product either on line and in stores. does whole food carry this?

Well Ladies,

This is a little overdue, but better late than never right!? So I ended my 30 days of HCG Jan 30th and moved on to Phase 3 on Feb 3rd. By the end of my round I had lost 14lbs! Which averages out to be about .5 lbs a day (which is the average for women). Not too shabby! Of course I would have loved to lose more, but I am working on it, and still have a good 11 months to get myself where I need to be.

Before I do round 3 of HCG, I am doing a 30 day cleanse with Isagenix. Today I am on day 3, and feel really good! I just figure I would get better weight loss results if I did a good detox and got all the crap out of my system...especially as toxins are stored in your fat cells! I will be done right before my FI and I head to Orlando April 3rd for a little vacay, then I will do another round of HCG.

Good luck to you ladies!

Hey girls!

Congrats on teh weight loss so proud of you both!!!!!

Well, I am newly engaged and I have my wedding date set for Sept 22 2012 - In Maryland. I will be upfront and honest - I weigh 441 lbs and I am 6'5. I am a size 30/32 :( but would like to be a size at least 28 to 26 by the time my wedding gets here. It is a lot of weight to lose but I know i can do it. I just need support. I have tried the HCG diet before and my average weight loss was 3 lbs per day. My first 2 weeks I lost 42 lbs. I stopped taking it because of financial issues and being able to purchase the ealthy foods i needed. But I did lose a lot of weight and I want to start up again. I have a little over a year not to mention...I work graveyard so getting in all my calories when I need to is dificult but I know I can do this.

I went through a bad divorce a few years back and now I have met a wonderful man who is very supportive and makes me very happy. I gained most of my weight through the bad relationship and just relly didn't care about myself because he didn't.  Also being diagn osed with PCOS didn't help.  Now I have anew outlook on life and I want to look beautiful for my wedding. this will be my first wedding (last time i got married i went to a JP and it really sucked. I was 19 young and dumb lol) But I want this to be a very memerable and special day and I want to look my best.

My loading days will start this Saturday 05/28/2011 then the low calorie diet will start Monday.

I just need some support and maybe some ideas for meals so I am not eating the samething over and over.

Also do you girls workout with this diet? i love to walk and swim so I figured I would incorporate that in as well.

thank you for the support!

You girls are doing great and you are going to look beautiful!!! I have faith in you!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
