I am getting married at the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites on 1/22/11. I have seen many posts that Nicole is somewhat slow to respond to email, and that most planning is done once you get to the resort. I'm pretty laid back and fine with that, but was wondering if there are things that NEED to be done before we go so that I can stay on top of them if needed. I think I read somewhere that the restaurant for the rehearsal dinner and for the reception need to be booked in advance. Is there anything else???
