I got these done and mailed out on 11/18/10 - exactly 1 year to the day.  These were actually fun to make and I love the responses I've rec'd already.  I originally had a couple of typos that caused me to re-print all of them which was so annoying and frustrating but all worth it in the end.  I printed them on glossy brochure paper that I purchased from Office Depot.  I used the Alyee's free template and used someone's ticket jacket template.  So sorry for not remembering who...I have so many saved and didn't save them under the user's name.  I created our monogram in publisher purely by hand.  Just messed around with stuff until I found what I liked.  I will start working on my passport invites in Dec/Jan.

Thank you to everyone who has posted their DIY projects.  You have all inspired me.

Very nice job! I’m sure re-printing was annoying but good thing you caught it before they went out. :)

I love the simplicity of these - some of the ones I have seen have been too 'in your face' - these I love :-))
