Beaches ~ Turks & Caicos Roll Call!

Recommended Posts

@@SV2014 it should be at 3pm. U?

We're actually doing 2 ceremonies. A hindu ceremony at 9:30 AM and the vows renewal at 4PM.

o wow ladies same day how cool

have you decided on taking a photographer down or using beaches or using one of the new partners they have?

One of our groomsmen is trying to make it into the photography industry so we're letting him do all our photos for the week! Worked out for both sides :)

Hi Linz I am getting married there May 2,2014.  I know it sucks that this board is so inactive now.  It seems that the group of girls that were on when first started were so active.   I don't know how much help I can be. I have been inactive for quite a while dealing with personal issues.  I have my conference call with roxi in february

It sounds like everyone is having their call in February, maybe it will be active after that. I have mine scheduled for the 4th.

How many people does everyone having coming? We are thing between 25-35.

I still can't commit yet to the reception schedule. We are getting married at sunset in December so it should be around 5/5:30. Not sure if we should have an 1 to take photos and schedule a dinner at a restaurant then the complimentary cocktail hour or just do a couple hours of the cocktail hour with hot and cold apps and forget the dinner all together. Anyone have any thoughts? I don't want to do a private sit down due to the cost, I at least know that much.

Oh okay so your call is first..I still don't even have a list of questions.

I don't have that many people coming not too many friend or family are on board with a DW.  I was going to do sunset seems really beautiful.  I am conflicted on the reception and cocktail hour too.  just kills me that we have to pay for food at an all inclusive resort..I was thinking the same maybe having just cocktail hours.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
