Beaches ~ Turks & Caicos Roll Call!

Recommended Posts

I was just reading a thread called "My OOT Bags~ the big hits and the things that weren't used".  Just wondering if any prior Beaches T&C brides had any feedback on what was hot and what was not in their OOT bags.  Ladies?

Hi Brandy,

Where would you recommend finding key card holders that go good with the occasion? I also want to let you know how helpful you have been throughout this thread. I just discovered this site about two weeks ago and I feel as if I have learned so much from everyones experiences and especially yours  =]

Thanks for letting me know, I figured that since he never got back in touch with me that they may not have had it. I have seen others say that they have brought materials down without letting them know before hand and when they met with the wedding planner on site that were not charged the set up fee.  Did he happen to mention the set up fee?

I actually emailed Dexter a few days ago before you had given me the information and he got back to me stating that they would not be able to source the material but that I could take the fabric and they would charge me a set up fee. I am planning on making OOT bags but I have not even started on them yet. So this site has been very helpful in seeing some ideas that other people have come up with. My only concern was how the best way to get them there would be.

Hi Mdcoug,

Your very welcome. He did mention that if I brought my own material that they would charge me a set up fee. I emailed him back asking how much that would be and if he could get me the measurements for the archway i have not heard anything back yet. I will let you know as soon as he does get back to me .=]

@ MTruvillio -  I'm not sure of the exact designer- when I bought it they said it was "Private Label".  Who is the designer of your TTD?  My dress has blue crystals on the lace work.  I had most of the train taken off this dress. I just wanted a slight train.  Do you have a picture of your dress?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
