Beaches ~ Turks & Caicos Roll Call!

Recommended Posts

I sent an email and a picture to Unique Creations. 649-946-1200....305-457-9240 Cheryl Astwood [email protected].....We communicated mostly thru email.  She is the same florist Beaches uses but i would keep that on the down-low! Beaches over charges on flowers. The mark up is ridiculous!!!! Emilie

Hi, I am off island right now but emailed Andy last night and he had responded

"its a trojan virus - only affects pc's and is not consistent so no one has "found it" on the website.....very bizzare"  We still have our web company checking it out to see if they can find anything on the site as they haven't so far, and will post a notice on the blog as well.

HI Everyone,

I am brand new to this blog and newly engaged. My fiance and I are thinking about having our destination wedding at Beaches Turks and Caicos. We were wondering if anyone would be able to send us the wedding package file from Beaches? We were hoping for an elegant and inexpensive wedding but after looking at the blogs, it is making my head spin! We were hoping to have a small ceremony with approximately 30 guests. We were thinking about hosting a small reception but it looks like it is quite expensive. Did the facility have any objections to hosting small dinner receptions at one of the restaurants? If anyone could send me some information @ [email protected] I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks!

HI Everyone,

I am brand new to this website and I am estatic to be here. I am newly engaged and me and my fiance were thinking about having our destination wedding at the Beaches Turks and Caicos. At first I though the packages are pretty cut and dry but after looking at this blog it sounds like there are many extras and extra charges they try to force you into. Can anyone provide me with the Sandals wedding package list they send you? I am interested in taking a look before we officially book our wedding at the locations. Also, any advice on how to get started on planning our wedding I would greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!!

I love looking at the blog too and can't wait to see our pictures on the site next summer, but unfortuantly I got the trojan virus from the site ....grrrr.  It's a pain to get rid of and it alters your system.  If you get the virus or any other virus or malware - install Malware Bytes http://www.malwarebytes.org/  it's free and will remove it.  I ran Microsoft Security Essentials and it couldn't find  and remove it.

I am looking at Beaches T&C and would love to see a wedding price list, too.  I tried to open the attachment on Brandy's post but was unable to....we are looking at a wedding party of around 50 (adults and children).  I am tempted to do a dinner at a restaurant instead of a private reception because it seems silly to pay extra when we are at an all-inclusive.  For the people who booked T&C, what was a less expensive option for your DW?  We are just starting the process and I must say, it is overwhelming!!!  Oh, one more thing.  We have golfers so any reviews on the golf course nearby would be great.  We are also looking at Mauai (sp?)...maybe not as hot and less mosquitoes (we are looking at July/August 2012). Someone also suggested Belize or Playa del Carmen.  I don't think there is a lot of golf options in Belize.

Thanks.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
