Hi Everyone!  I am a newbie!  I am getting married at Beaches T&C during our stay 11/05-11/12.  I am shooting for 11/7.  I have to speak with the wedding coordinator and confirm.  I am so glad I found this site!  The pictures and posts on here have been very helpful!

GREAT pictures!! Thank you soo much for sharing! I love the hot pink flower petals on the sand. The close up of you laughing and you two holding hands during the ceremony is sooo pretty, and the pink flowers add a perfect touch of color! I for SURE want these flowers on the sand! Did you bring those or did they provide them for you at a cost? Also, do you think the 1 hour private reception was enough? I can't decide on the 1, 2 or 3 hour. Also, the ribbons on the chairs at the reception... did you do those?

Thaks for the info. the set up fee isnt that bad, considering how much $ extra tables cost!!! The arch is great, but you are right $650 is nuts!!! We will probably just stick with our original plan of getting married in the gazebo. Im glad to hear the 2 hr reception was perfect, we are looing at about 25 (max) guests, and are going back and forth between the 2 and 3 hour receptions, Great info!!!!!

They setup everything for us including candles which we brought down.  That arch was 650 dollars which is nutz but we did it anyway :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
