I'm not sure of the differences, except VW seems to have a lot more detail in the decoration...more flowers and such (and the arch of course).  I think it may include a menu, but I'm not sure.  VW is pretty, but I think I prefer the simplicity of the BB theme....it is just enough.  And yes, $600 is a lot better than 2900 if you just want the arch!  I know you can do white flowers with BB theme,  you just have to let them know ahead of time.  The bouquet I'm thinking of upgrading to is all white roses, and it is around $165.  Also, I'm not sure how many people will be attending your reception, but it is only $100 to add a BB table for 8.  The other themes' tables are more expensive.  Do you have the price list for everything (PDF) saying what's included?

The arch price is actually $625, not $600.  Sorry!

thank you....its great to see that some many of us are getting married at Beaches or Sandals.

I do see some are having a private reception. I was thinking of doing the same for 3 hours but than I started thinking why pay extra expenses when the resort is all inclusive.

We decided to just have the ceremony at the resort, follow by a dinner at one of the restaurant than we have a reception when we come back home.

Do anyone have any ideas how much the flowers cost? When I ask Monica she told me did not have any pricing for flowers yet.

Butterfly, see my post in the "Flowers" thread on this forum.  I'm a Sandals bride, but I'm pretty sure they're all the same...out of the same catalogue.  Have you received the Floral Catalogue PDF from her yet?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
