Beaches ~ Turks & Caicos Roll Call!

Recommended Posts

Lizzdee, sorry for the panic attack .  My TA spoke with a sales manager at Beaches.  The Beaches representive I was dealing with gave me incorrect info.  To get the free ceremony you need to book a premium room or higher by 12/20/11.  I was starting to freak out because I want to me able to put the deposit down by this weekend.

Yes, I do believe there is a buffet option, I would contact monica she should be able to help you with that, but also if you have more than 15 guests you can choose 2 entrees and your guests can chose from those, I chose the chicken and the beef, and Im going to be honest, it was some of the best food I have ever had, and def the best food I had at the resort!!!

Because I cant image picking one meal and all my 20 guest have to eat it. They should be able to pick from a few choices. Need Help with this one ladies!!!! Thanks

Hey Melissa,

The first photo of me and hubby in the arch was taken by the beaches photog, the rest were from guests, and the bouquet photos were from TI

The seaside serenade actually recently added on 12 free photos so I didnt have to book the photog, but the photog will take pictures of the ceremony either way from what I understand, its extra if you want them to continue on throughout the day, but you can select photos to buy from the ceremony which are $24 a piece!!!!

Here are some more of the photos that beaches provided for us, they werent that bad really, they more than enough for the pictures for the ceremony, he would have taken more afterwards but I told him that was enough, bc I knew I would have a hard enough time just choosing 12 and we did we ended up choosing 15 so we had to pay for the extra ones and the themes/packages come with one complimentary printed photo as well.

Good morning,

I will be going with the BB package.  I believe you get 1 5x7.  I will not need someone to follow us all day.  It is only my FI, our 7 year old son and myself.  No other guests.  I will save the money for TI.   I did have a wedding planned here is CT for this Aug.  I completely got stressed out with the whole planning process.  The wedding was evolving into  I did not want.  I wanted something small on the beach.  Everyday it was growing and growing.  I was making everyone else happy buy me.  My FI and I were fighting about everything.  We decided to cancel the wedding.   We have decided to do this instead with just us.  We will have a party later.  I am so much more excited to plan this.

Yes, you should at least get 1 5 x 7, and if you want just photos of the ceremony then stick with what you have, and they will take a few shots and then you can just choose a couple that you like.  Your going to LOVE TI!!! If you would like to see our TI photos just PM me, I'd be happy to share them with you!! Yes your going to love beaches though, it was totally stress free there, we loved every minute of it!!! It truly was perfect!!  You def have to do what makes you happy not anyone else, so many people wanted us to get married at home in a church and I wasnt having it!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
