    FYI Guys:

     

    Please be informed that for bridesmaid bouquet the price is $30usd each and for boutonnieres $20usd each, also be informed that it could be the same as your bouquet but smaller.

    Thank you for this info trivera! The extras really add up. Might as well go down with a couple thousand dollars contigency budget on top of what you plan to spend!!! I'm sure it's all worth it though. It's just good to know.

     

    Aren't a couple of bouquets and boutonnieres included in the packages? Let me stop being lazy and go look...

     

    OK, just looked and nope...just the bride's bouquet and the grooms boutonnieres are included in the Mint, Strawberry, and Tangerine packages :(

     

    Is there a limit to the different color flowers you can have in the bouquet? I want four colors. My need to have this many colors is making my planning extremely difficult, especially since they charge to add another color sash on the chairs, and I'm sure to incorporate more than one color elsewhere as well. It's my fault for being picky and difficult tho! I just can't decide on one, or even two colors that I love.

      The extras definetly add up without a doubt. How many sashes are you doing on the chairs, I recently confirmed with Susanna that they do not charge for the second colored sash, unless you are doing 3 colors in that case there may be an additional fee.

       

      The DJ is kicking my butt, that was the one thing I didnt really anticipate, its double what I budgeted for. I bought colored linen napkins for $0.50 each as opposed to the resort fee of $3.00. So there are ways to cut costs. I also am doing centerpieces from the resort for $30 a table which is a lot more reasonable then the outrageous ellaborate floral arrangements they send over. After thinking about the supplies and traveling with all the stuff to make my own centerpieces this $30 per table was more cost effective.

       

      Oh and for those whom are doing OOT bags, I just ordered a ton of chapsticks from this vendor for $0.29 each and have made my own personalized labels to wrap around the tubes. Oh and I found individually wrapped packets of Pepto for $16 for 25 packs at WB Mason.

      Good to know they don't charge for an extra sash. I may just go with two colors (not sure how 3 would look) and incorporate my other colors elsewhere, like in the BM dresses, centerpieces, favors, etc.

       

      I am also not looking forward to traveling with extra bags of decor! I can see myself using their centerpieces against my will! They are beautiful though.

        how far in advance do you make the spa appointments??? my wedding is less than 7 weeks away and I havent heard back from Lianny regarding this... also when you make the appointments do you organize the schedule or they do this for you?

         

        I found a lotttt of things for my welcome bags on discountmugs.com and amazon!!! they have great prices!!! if you fill up your cart at discountmugs and dont check out, they immediately send you a coupon LOL

          I made my spa appointments in September and just confirmed those times and dates last week! I get married February 16th!!!!!

              I was directed to the spa through my WC Susana, but this is the email address for the spa. You should just email them directly and get that booked! She should send you a form to fill out of everything you want done and you email it back to her. I booked everything on the one form and confirmed everything at the same time. For example: 10 of us are having manis/pedis on one day, my hair trial, wedding day, massages and facials day after wedding. Be as specific as possible and provide the dates and times for each thing. Her name is Marija, email address is: bavaro.uspa-gte@bavaro.com. Once you've done this make sure you email Marija and your WC a month before you leave and confirm!
