David's Bridal is coming to Ontario Canada

The one in Mississauga, unless you can go during the day, is booked solid every weekend until early April. they have a catalogue online if you want to look - www.davidsbridal.ca  all dresses are approximately $50 or more higher than the US, bridesmaid dresses roughly $20 or more.  timing is anywhere from 10 to 22 weeks for item to arrive. for me, with the exchange on the dollar, the taxes and how close I am, not worth it to go here. plus I go to PA all the time to see family and Erie is even better. tax rate is only 6%. if you're gone a weekend the way we are, $400 per person to bring back. between 2, $800 covers a dress pretty much. can't beat that if it's tax free on top of the exchange and the lower prices!!

Oh I cannot agree more! I visited the store at Winston Churchill with my daughter who was coming to help me pick out my wedding shoes.

We spent an hour there and not once did anyone approach us to see if we needed help. One of the young clerks stood 3 feet away from us arranging jewellery on a wall and didn't say one word to us.

It was really a terrible customer service experience but my daugther and I had fun anyways! I did get my shoes there only because I found the perfect pair however, would never consider buying my dress there.

Try DH Gate. Brand new custom made! Inexpensive and great quality for 1000% less ! Bought my wedding dress and my daughter's grad dress on there.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
