First off welcome to the forum and congrats. Ok now calm down.....breathe....you're fine. You still have two/three months (I don't know your exact date in January). I'm one month away and only now doing my place cards and other things. I will print my menus and programs next weekend. It may seem like its right around the corner but if you pace yourself and try to get a little done on evenings or even on weekends you'll be fine. Good luck and happy planning!!

Congratulations and welcome to the forums! In the end... you will get done what you will get done. People will remember your day by what you shared with them in a beautiful location! You will obsess with the details but they will be over looked by many. So relax and do what you can do to make it what you want! Have fun and keep smiling!

Don't stress, like they said take a deep breathe..don't feel compelled to have every detail like some of the brides here. Some knew what they wanted and were able to plan ahead of time, some didn't know and made a decision to either fit everything they wanted for their day.....make your wedding fit your personality and go with the flow...I would determine what you really want and start planning from there.  Look at the threads most of the work (templates, ideas etc..) are already done for you.  Set aside some time  develop a time line and get them done. This is the time to start calling your friends over (maybe with food and drinks, but preferably after they're done helping you) and making a day out of some of the things you want to do.  Good luck!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
