Vista Print formatting issues...

Recommended Posts

So I received my luggage loops and tags in the mail this morning. I was so excited that I missed my train and was late for work, cuz I had to open it up and test them out. I used my train-pass to see what they look like. Ironic, huh? Missed my train while I was playing with my train pass.

Anyway, I wanted to purchase business cards from Vista Print with my logo and info on one side and lines for Name, Address, etc on the other. I tried to uoload the logo that I had been playing with, but it is telling me that I need to change all kinds of things. I am good with computers when it comes to Excel, Access and stuff like that, but when it comes to anything grapical, I am clueless.

I created the logo in Power Point, then saved as a jpeg. But Vista Print is giving me the error message on document size, aspect ratio and resolution. I have no idea how to fix these! My work computer doesn't allow me to download the program that Vista Print suggests, (need to be administrator), and my home computer hasn't been working for a while now. I don't even think I have the logo looking like I want it, but I was hoping that someone could help me figure out how to fix these things...

Man, that was a mouthful!!

Heidi, you are awesome. Ok, well I am off on vacation all next week, so I have lots of work to do. I will try to get something together by lunch, and send it to see what you think. My problem is that I don't really know what I want! I will mess around and send a few different options I guess...

You are truely a great addition to this board!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
