I bought a package of 100 with the plastic loops included for less than 20$ on ebay....they are nice..however they need to be heated with a laminator...dont know if that helps?

Thanks, I'll check out Ebay   I just need the kind you slip the tag in.  I bought the actual luggage tags off another bride who made them on Vistaprint on business cards...

i bought these on ebay for $30 and they were crap, we ended up throwing them out.  Mine where the tan ones with the loop from a seller in china, beware!!

I just bought the clear vertical name badge holders to use with VP business cards. $6 for 12 from Office Depot.

 

Now trying to find the loops.

You can always use ribbon to add some color instead of the loops.
