Thanks for the input, Lite! It's funny, I tried on waaaaaaaaaaaaaay poufier dresses by Pronovias, and the ladies at the store kept saying "Are you sure? For a beach??!!" like I was crazy! I had to explain I'm not getting married in the sand (soooooo not me!) but rather in a gorgeous gazebo in a garden overlooking the ocean. It screams "Mexican fiesta" to me! Love the second one too...dreamy and romantic and flowy. Decisions, decisions!

Hahaha I was acting like a flmenco dancer in the store yesterday shouting "Ole!" so I concur!

At first when I glimpsed at it, I thought it was La Sposa. They have so many beautiful spanish inspired dresses....have you looked at their stuff? I remember the dress I fell in love with was a Lazaro but when I tried it on, it was not the one. It was a close second it just had alot, alot of beading and work, crystals and feathers and not suitable to marry on the beach.

I would have to place my vote for dress 1. I think the ruffles have so much character! Love it.

Funny I ended up buying a Pronovias gown, not really pouffy, but very Spanish lace! Not a dress I would have thought of for down south, but I love it and it will be on the sand. :)

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
