DJ Doremixx was awesome!!!!

Hi all...so I'm in the process of choosing a dj for my june, 2011 wedding. And since I heard so many wonderful things about both DJ Mannia and DJ Doremixx I decided to contact both.

 

At first both responded to my emails very promptly and I was really debating on who to choose because they both have the same prices and Doremixx offers a couple of extra things.

 

But now, Doremixx stopped responding to my emails and I've been waiting since August 7th for his deposit information, that he promised! And Mannia has been as responsive as always...

 

Just figured I would put something here and see if anyone has had any similar problems.

Hello!  I had to keep sending him e-mails, but he finally did get back to me last week.  He had been out of the country.  Good luck!

OK-I will tell you that I had the SAME problem with DJ Doremixx-I was REALLY turning into brideszilla about it..We are getting married on Valentine's Day-um, a pretty popular day to get married, so I was really wanting to seal the deal with who was going to DJ it and I had heard many great things about this guy-except that he lacks communication skills with return emails.  I'm glad I knew that going in, but it still took way too long to hear back from him.  I finally did-he has my deposit, and we're all set, but that only happened after sending an email with the subject line of "PLEASE RESPOND FOR MY WEDDING!"  While he clearly isn't hurting for business since everyone recommends him, he needs to work on emailing ASAP.  The thing is-I haven't read one bad review once he does do the wedding and that speaks volumes to me.  I am a radio DJ, so as you can imagine, this part was a HUGE deal to me and I'm confident that we have the best option.  You just have to muster up a TON of patience in the planning process with this guy.  Hope that helps a little

I just booked DJ Doremixx a couple months ago for our wedding in February.  He was very responsive whenever I sent any emails... even to the point that if I hadn't responded with something I needed to, he would contact me again.  My point is... as far as I've dealt with him up to know he's been good... it could be that something unexpected has come up with him in the last little bit.  Which email address are you using?

I emailed him a couple of weeks ago too so I could get a list of his current songs. I haven't heard from him either and I leave for my wedding in 5 days. I just figure I will not stress over it and if he needs to download a bunch of songs, then that stress is on him, not me :-). I'm sure it will all work out

Ladies I just used DJ Doremixx for my Friday November 12th wedding and he was awesome, well sort of lol he actually sends other people and than came for the end of the night. But the other guy worked for him and both of them were amazing!

 

I guests cannot stop talking about it. We all danced all night long. Trust me you will not regret hiring him.
