Hello everyone!!!!

 

My name is Davina and my honeys name is Jon.

I (or I should really say WE, but really it was me) finally decided and currently working on becoming a Riu Ocho Rios in Jamaica bride. I’m trying to have my wedding toward the end of May 2008 (hopefully on the 31st) however I’m pretty laid back and would not mind moving it toward the beginning of June if I needed to. Although, I can see my laid back nature is going to be seriously challenged during the planning of this wedding….After reading all of the posts, I realized I might be a little behind and probably should have started planning sooner…..yes, I defiantly think my laid back nature is actually changing.smile41.gif

 

Well, I’m really glad I found this site, actually it was a young lady on the Bride.com site who’s name I belive is Lizz getting married at ROR May 16 08 who posted that this is a great site to visit. Lizz, THANK YOU so much, after seeing some of the posts and all the different info everyone provides and the support you ladies give each other I started to get a lot more excited about my wedding. I think it is going to be great just being able to ask you guys questions and having your support! smile159.gif

 

And CONGRATULATIONS to everyone on their engagement and soon to come or already experienced wedding!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
