Katy41500 thanks for your insight. Did PPC penalize you for using an outside photographer? Did you have to pay any fees other than what you paid to the photographer? Thanks!!

Janet, thank you so much for your kind words. Needless to say, your wedding pics were absolutely stunning, and your day looked perfect! Trivera 5521, we had to pay an 'outside vendor' fee to the resort. I think it was $110. It still came out to much cheaper than what the resort photographer was charging! Jodie, we stayed for 5 nights, and our hotel bill was $1370, so it was about $274 a night. I think it really depends on the time of year that you go... good luck with planning!

Did anyone else bring in an outside DJ?  I have a good friend who is a national DJ and I'd like to bring him in for my big day.  I'm assuming it's the same outside vendor fee of $110?

I used hdcphoto.com because the offer a pretty nice photo/video package. My friend got married at PPC last year and the did a great job on everything. I plan on using the new preferred DJ at the resort to off-set some fees.

Keedon, what was the resort fee that you had to pay in order to have an outside photographer? And even after the fee you still found the HDC was still reasonably priced?

SarahnBob - It is a outside vendor fee and also a $300 electrical fee. it is def ridiculous but I have heard their DJ they recommend is awesome!!

We also hired HDC photo. The company seems sooo nice!! I have heard amazing things about them as well. The outside vendor fee is $110, and their packages are so affordable compared to others!!

would like to inform you that we have no objection if you decide to use the services of Photo-souvenir, but from day January 1st 2012 we start charging a Fee of $ 1,000.00 to anyone who uses the services of external photographers while we were official company at the resort.
