Key West Wedding Review (with pics)!!

So I'm a newbie to this, but I'm looking to get some information/help from anyone who can give it! My fiance and I decided to go with a Key West wedding next August with about 30-35 of our closest family and friends in a laid back, less stressful manner!! I have been looking at different places online for the ceremony and receptions, but haven't committed to anything yet. I really like  Southernmost on the beach for the ceremony since they have the wedding arch and chairs and everything included, but would like it even more if it wasn't priced so high. I noticed that a lot of people are talking about Smather's Beach, but I was wondering where you got the arch/chairs from for your guests. Since we are having close to 30 people, it would be nice for them to be able to sit down. Also, I noticed that a lot of places have officiant's included in their wedding packages, but I was wondering who you used and how much the rates usually are.

 

I've never been to Key West, so its hard for me to decide on where we are going to have the reception. Us, along with the rest of our family and friends are from Michigan, so since everyone is going to being making the trip for our wedding I would like to be able to pay for the reception dinner.....but not go broke doing so!!! Any help and input is greatly appreciated!!!!

Thanks for the review, especially the bachorlette party idea and AQUA, we wondered about that place when we went to do a pre visit but never made it inside to check it out.

We had a wedding done by weddings on the water and we were working with a lady who worked there, she was really nice TILL THE DAY OF THE WEDDING then she turned into a nightmare of a woman they sent us the WORST limo on the face of the earth and we spent $850 on our hair and makeup and the limo was so hot all our hair and makeup was ruined, as i was about in tears because i was sitting in a sweat box IT STARTED RAINING so when i got really upset the wedding lady got mad at me and the next day she sent me the RUDEST e-mail i had ever received on how rude i was ...You tell me if you were the bride would you not be upset if you had paid that amount of money for four people to get hair and makeup done and it was ruined because of the limo that was sent to you by this woman then it starts raining and all your guests go running from the beach then she sends you a repulsive e-mail the next day on how rude you were .....LADY IF YOU WORKED FOR ME YOU WOULD BE FIRED FIRED FIRED ....
