Pashminas - Pioneer Group

Recommended Posts

Hey, glad I could help.

The order arrived in a couple weeks. They didn't send me an electronic invoice or tracking number so I was nervous.  The invoice was attached to the package which I would need to get it through the border. I'm really happy with the pashminsa and think for such a good price it's something the ladies will really appreciate.  It can get chilly at night.

I've been to Fort Frances briefly, I can imagine the visit to Thunder Bay was a nice break. lol!

Happy planning!

I'm in Thunder Bay and we're about 40 minutes away from Minnesota.  We ship items to the border store and pick them up.  It's not too long of a trip but I only do it a couple times a year. We don't have a great selection in town and we can get better prices in the US, there are also no large cities less than 8 hours away from us in Canada.

Thanks for the info on pricing. I'm still debating pashminas. How long did it take for your order?

Thank goodness for the internet for your wedding shopping and planning, my FI was working in Fort Frances for a year and it was a big deal to have the time to drive to the big city of Thunder Bay. It's great that you can ship to the border shop.

Woohoo!  I got my pashminas the other day and they were REALLY fast to be shipped all the way from New York to Alberta!  They are really nice and I'm so happy with them because even with the cost of shipping, it was still cheaper than going and buying them here (even at Ardene on sale!)

Great quality IMO.  They are obviously not the same as a 100% cashmere that you would get at a fancy store but they are more than good enough quality for a gift!  I would sya they are definitely better quality than what you would get at an ardene/claires for sure, and comparable to the pashmina my friend bought at Macy's in the states.

I just got my pashmina's from Pioneer Group yesterday and I love them!! I ordered the Pasmina's Monday afternoon and received them Thursday afternoon! Very impressed and the pashmina's are good quality.  The purple and ivory match our wedding colors perfectly.  I would highly recommend them.  Daniel is a hoot to talk to on the phone.  He kept calling me Daniella instead of Danni or Danielle.  Even on my mailing address it was made out to Daniella as well as my bill to my bank (HA!)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
