What would you pick to eat at the baja norte site?  I would like it there too but looking at the "per plate" menu nothing seems "normal" enough to pick for all the guests, but maybe its just the description.  The steak house has the most common dishes that people would recognize, so feel pressure to have it there.

We booked the Baja Norte for November 11.... I know what you mean by "normal" food lol after reading through the options over and over we decided to go with Option 1. We have a few kids coming and they do have a kids menu as well. Im having trouble with flowers..... there super expensive!!!! I wasn't expecting that at all!! What are you going with??? Also, have u asked about lighting in the pictures it looks like there is lights hanging from the trees but when I asked Kylene about it she didn't understand. What wedding package did you go with?? Whos doing your pictures and your hair??

I see that you ended up with the Steakhouse terrace and beach!   I love it!  That is probably the same thing I will try to do.  When did the WC contact you to confirm this?  I know you are just under the 2 months...Are there any other weddings on your day?

 

So I have the same questions for you as Mitchy

 

-What did you decide to do about your flowers?  Are you going with real touch, or ordering them from the resort?  Can you please send me the info you got on them?  I did send you the dinner menu that you were missing, did you receive it?

Ladies-

 

Everything is set! I switched my package from royal to caprice, b/c of number of people and it includes hair and makeup 

Still can't decide on shoes though, need them by 9/29 though for fitting. Have my comfy shoes but not actual shoes. I am changing dresses after dinner so I want ones that match both. Wanted Badgley Mischka but ones i wanted dont stay on my heal.

 

I did go with "Real touch" flowers. I got to design them to every detail. My entire order was less than $350. plumeriasweddingflowerboutique.com is the website.

 

We are using the in house dj but are giving him a set playlist.  I am so done with the typical wedding music.

Mango photography, you  set your package when you are there. I dont have the money for a videographer but wish I did b/c the groom and I as well as my bridesmaids and I have choreographed dances. 

 

The WC Adriana has contacted me several times now, without me needing to nag. She has been amazing once that 2 month mark hit.

Yes, there are lights that hang across the palm trees and the dj puts colored lights that face up the palmtrees.

 

I have orderded all my stuff for the oot bags and the tables. For guest book we did the large photo that people sign around and then it gets framed. Better than a book that gets put in a closet. Maracas to use instead of tapping on the glasses.

 

Not sure if i want to set where everyone sits. I think with my group size, everyone can figure it out but not sure how i want it.

 

Let me know if there are any questions you have for me to ask the WC at this point she is sooo helpful and I can help you, plus you may ask something I didnt think of.  This website has been heaven sent!!!

I am soooo looking forward to our roof top jacuzzi suite.
