Iberostar Rose Hall Suites Bride- WEDDING DATE CONFIRMED!!! Whats next???

Recommended Posts

I am SOOOO EXCITED!!!!! After many emails and phone calls I FINALLY confirmed my wedding day in June 2011 at the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites in Jamaica.  Now I'm trying to find out rate/package information for my guests but I cant seem to get answers from the resort on how to get moving on this, and the 2011 dates are not available yet on any of the travel sites.  Any suggestions from past or future Rose Hall Suites Brides?

I used a TA I found through a website called resortcompete.com. She has been very good and easy to work with. Send me message and I will give you the rates she gave me compared to the rates you received. Everyone who has seen the rates said they were very good. I did do a group rate so and blocked of 25 rooms.

Congrats on picking the Suites! I did sooooo much research and had many sleepless nights trying to pick a resort, but as soon as I picked IRHS, I haven't looked back. The reviews are fantastic, and Nicole has been great at answering my questions (although they are on Jamaica time so sometimes it takes a week or two to get a response). I am also going with an outside florist called Tai Flora who have been nothing but accommodating and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them. I will write a review after I get back - I am set to tie the knot on the beach there on October 14th - only 5.5 weeks left!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! If any of you ladies have any questions about the process, feel free to ask!

There are also great TA's on this site as well...there is a link for them!

I'm looking to book at Iberostar Rose Hall Grand March 2012. My fiance and I just booked a trip to visit in 11-11 (his birthday)! We are expecting to have about 50 people attend our wedding and I'm finding it strange that no one is offering us any perks for booking 25 rooms. The rates we were quoted were $576 a night...seems steap. Would anyone else mind sharing their room rates for the Grand??

I am having my wedding at the Grand on 9-10-11. My TA is Go Iberostar Vacations and I was quoted $552 per person for 3 nights and $725 per person for 4 nights. These prices are without airfare. Hope this helps! If you would like contact info for my TA just let me know, they are awesome!

Also, take into consideration that September is off season.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
