    I feel the same way.  You wouldn't expect just plain rude and curt service at a department store or a department store's website so why expect and accept it in this senario?

     

    You are still paying for a service and they are accepting payment for that service and should be treated as a proper customer and propietor (within reason of course).

      Paypal usually takes about 3 business days to refund payments so if this occurred today you won't see your payment come back until later in the week. I am sorry that you had to go through something like this but as the ladies expressed better now than later. I had initially wanted to work with a particular recommended vendor for my monogram, etc but it was hard reaching her and then when I finally did she explained that she couldn't work with me. I totally could understand and chose another vendor who was absolutely fabulous to work with. Don't be too sad, there are lots of wonderful vendors on the site, something will work out. I totally understand how you feel about not knowing they didn't work weekends, thats a bit of a pickle. Good luck!

        Thanks so much ladies. It was just difficult seeing everyone gush about her on this forum and then my experience was so sucky because I truly love her work. I'm going to end up ordering samples from another vendor, probably Ana de Roux. I love her work also and she seems to do really nice std and invites.

            I have to agree with Eholt, Rebecca was definitely a great vendor to use for my magnets and monogram.  If you havent contacted her you should send her an email.  She always promptly responded to my emails.   I havent tried to order any samples as of yet so I dont know how fast that would take but she sent my magnets out pretty fast.

              I also used Allurements by Rebecca.  I requested a monogram with a shark in it. She didn't seem to bat an eye and completely seemed to be on the same page as me as far as the look of the monogram went.  She even seemed to research sharks themselves a bit in some of her responses.  She completely did not make me feel foolish in my request at all as some people in my personal life did.  Rebecca's response to the shark thing meant a lot to me.  As I stated before she was courtesy and prompt and really understanding.  I am so glad I chose her.  She was even quite patient with me as I was also a first time paypal user.
