My ceremony is at 4:30 and I asked him to set up for the reception at 6:00 but we aren't starting dinner until 6:30, I think we are going to enter the reception announced with our party and then go straight into our first dance before dinner. We are looking into having a videography company that does live feed so a few of our family members like grandparents that aren't able to travel will be able to be there in the moment with us.
MayanVibes DJ for our Dream Tulum wedding
Posted 17 October 2013 - 05:36 PM
I do not recommend him as a DJ. We had our wedding last week and he played 50% of the kind of music we asked for. I asked for a variety of music (spanish and english) and he played 90% english. He is also not good as an MC, he had no enthusiasm during the introductions and he actually didn't say the some names because "he couldn't pronounce them"!!!!!. He is one of those DJ's that plays the entire songs and doesn't really mix them in, more like playing one song after the other.
