      Cindy,

Check out Sand Blast Entertainment, for sand, shells, bottles, boxes, corks, etc.

Thats were we just ordered ours from, and got them last week. They look great. Now all we need are the invitations. We are making our own, with parchment paper then burning the edges.

      Hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply Stacey! Do you think they'll have medium size boxes? Because my bottles aren't as big as most MIB invites. How long do they take to mail everything? Thanks!

I saw another girl got them on sandartsupplies.com... they have a ton of stuff for the message in the bottle invites. Post pics when you're done! They always turn out so cute!!!

            Cindy,

I also did my STD as "message in a bottle".  It turned out really cute.  I found perfect little glass bottles at Michaels Crafts and bought the sand, mini seashells and twine there as well.  Then I went to a liquor store and found the mini cocktail umbrellas.  As far as boxes, depending on the size of your bottles, I just used the USPS flat rate boxes (the boxes are free, just pay for postage!) and I bubble wrapped the heck out of them and they all turned out great.  Nobody called saying they opened a box with sand and broken glass so I was happy it all worked out.  Hope yours go well!

Thanks so much girls! I'm going to hand deliver most of my invitations, so I hope they don't charge me too much money for the boxes!

I'll check out the other options as well! Thanks! =)

                Cindy,

The boxes are perfect size and fit the bottles perfectly with no room for anything else, so no worry on the boxes being to large.

I ordered everything, bottles, shells, boxes and got it all in a week.

                Hope this helps

                Stacey

Should I buy boxes for all of them? Or just for the ones i'm mailing? I'm hand delivering most of them. Thanks,

                      Cindy
