Hello Members,

 

As you know we have a great new review section on the forum.  We can now give wedding vendors and hotels/resorts/villas star ratings for their product, communication, pricing etc.  The categories are also more organized to make it easier to find the best resort and vendor for you! 

 

Please post your reviews here: wedding vendor or resorts/villas.

 

As a way to launch this new review section, we have an exciting new contest for you.  Not only does it give you a chance to win the Grand Prize of 2 nights Zoetry Casa Del Mar Los Cabos All-inclusive Resort and Spa but also the chance to help current and future BDW members.

 

This contest will run August 10, 2010 through September 14, 2010 with the weekly winners drawn on Tuesday.

The contest is twofold. 

 

Write a lot of reviews *: For every review you make, you will get a submission into our weekly drawing.  This is to reward those members that post the most reviews.  1 review will be drawn per week and that member will get to have special “BDW Superstar” badge for 1 month as well as a submission to our Grand Prize drawing for 2 free nights at Zoetry Casa Del Mar Los Cabos All-inclusive Resort and Spa!

 

Write the BEST review **: We will also pick 1 review every week to be our “Feature Review”.  This winner will also get a “BDW Superstar” badge for 1 month as well as a submission to our Grand Prize drawing for 2 free nights at Zoetry Casa Del Mar Los Cabos All-inclusive Resort and Spa!

 

You can either write new reviews or if you already pasted a complete review with all your vendors in one review, you can copy and paste your review (not other peoples review) into our new review section and give your resort/vendor star ratings.

 

If you have already written reviews in our new review section do not despair, they will be counted towards the 1st weeks drawing.

 

So there will be 2 winners each week that get a chance to win the Grand Prize!

* Reviews have to be quality reviews and Administration can disqualify reviews from the contest.

 

** BDW Administration will choose the review as the winner.

 

*** Exclusion and blackout dates may apply. Must check with the resort for availability. Prize is for hotel only, includes hotel taxes and is for double occupancy but does not include airfare or transfers. Dates must be booked by December 1, 2010 with travel dates by November 1, 2011 or free nights expire.

nooob here.  can you post a review on someone who isn't a forum vendor?  I tried to review my anniversary picture photographer & I couldn't figure out how to add someone new who wasn't on the list already.  Everyone on the list looked like they might be forum vendors.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
