OOT Bags for a Large Wedding Group

That's a great idea Cookiemunchkin about including different items in the bags!

FutureMrsTO - one thing I'm doing that might work well for you is put slighly different items in each persons bag.  For example, maybe a frisbee in one bag, but a deck of cards in the next bag, and a beach ball in another bag.  Not every person needs a frisbee/deck of cards/etc since people will be playing with others.  This way you're still including a whole bunch of different items, but it wont be as expensive with all the bags you need to do!

I am doing 1 bag per couple and 1 bag per single too.  Makes the most sense.  Guys don't generally care about the actual "bag".   I am including smaller items - like the pepto, advil, antibacterial, bandaids, etc.  and a few fun items like crosswords, koozie, monogrammed golf balls (we're golfers), water gun, welcome newsletter, a post card with spanish phrases on it, and a favor box of our wedding color m&m's.

Not a huge amount but enough to say "thank you!".

ANNKHO,

Thanks so much for that information... they look awesome!! AND SO CHEAP (WHICH IS IDEAL)!!

But.... NO PINK sad.gif shoot!!! I guess I can go with natural and it wouldn't be a big deal! That might be better because the guests may use it more if it's natural-- what do you think???

Did you buy these, or are you looking too?? I just wonder the quality, because they look good!!!

There have been lots of brides who have used cheaptotes.com and are very happy with the quality. You can search the threads to find some pictures but I wouldn't hesitate to use them. I am definitely using them. And as far as the natural color vs pink that might be a good idea especially since there are male guests as well. You can always do your monogram in pink on the bag.

I ordered 20 natural bags from cheaptotes.com and am very happy with the price and quality.  I agree with Aumuller. Your male guests would probably be more likely to reuse the bags if they aren't pink! I think natural with a pink logo could look very pretty.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
