I cant figure out how everyone is getting free stuff.  When I try to order pens it comes up as 4.49 a pen.  Am I doing something wrong?

Don't worry, you're not doing anything wrong! Sign up for their emails on their website and they'll send you coupons almost everyday.  Most of them will be for 80% off magnets, invitations, etc + free pens and tshirts (you just pay the shipping, which is usually very low).

Every now and then they will send you offers where everything is free, so if you have a bit of time before your wedding it is best to wait until you can get everything for free! You can put in multiple free orders as well.  I did this for my photobooks, welcome cards, and fridge magnets.

There is also a section if you don't want to recieve their e-mails everyday where they list their free items. It's in the top left hand corner.  Let us know if you have any questions! Vista Print is AMAZING.

what i always do is google what you want for free and vistaprint always comes up first.

for example, just yesterday i was interested in brochures to use as welcome booklets and when i went directly to the website, they were 39.99 for 25...i googled "free brouchure templates" and vistaprint popped up.  clicked on that and guess what?? magically the brochures were now FREE!! that's right 30 seconds later the same 25 brochures were FREE, just pay shipping.

but like the ladies said, sign up for emails...got one a couple of days ago and they are having their semi-annual sale; lots of stuff for 90% off and .99 priority shipping for orders over $30

Good advice - thanks.  I had never heard of the site before going on here.

Definitely just sign up for their email list...I get emails several times a week offering almost everything you could want free!!  If you want several of one thing free (like totes or t-shirts), you have to make several orders.  Some offers are only for 1 free, some offers are for several free.  I made 20 orders of 1 t-shirt, 1 tote, 1 pen and 1 notepad -- very time consuming, but all I paid was shipping!!

I kept trying to get the free brochures by typing "free brochure templates" into google and nothing for vistaprint was coming up...so annoyed I went and tried the same thing on FI's computer and there it was!  I think if you've already ordered from there it somehow remembers you and you don't get all the offers.

hmmmmm very interesting. I ordered my save-the-date magnets from there. supposedly they had 50% off that day and I ended up having to pay full price. I called the next day and they gave me credit. I plan to sign up for their emails and get a lot of stuff for free. I'll use the credit for shipping. HA!

wow...well I definitely know that the emails are a sure-fire way!  I have never had problems, and actually was extremely suprised that I could make several orders of "free" items with no limit!

I think I paid minimally for something my first time (maybe a tote bag) and then after that I started to get all the "FREE" emails.
