If you are looking for a traditional Jamaican wedding cake, I highly recommend Sheila Movery in Ocho Rios. She did a phenomenal job with our cake. It was moist, flavorful, and decorated close to what I wanted :) Her price was reasonable (3 tier cake which fed about 130 people was-$500 USD). She used royal icing...the only type of icing that should be used with a traditional cake. Unfortunately, to cut corners, other vendors I called used butter cream--which totally melts in the heat and they have the nerve to charge extra (about double) to use royal icing!
