          well girls, here is the update:

           

          I got my FULL refund!!!   WHOOHOOO... it took a few days but the bridal shop owner FINALLY decided it was best to give me my full refund.  So glad that is behind me.

           

          Now I have to keep my fingers crossed that the new dress comes in on time.  There is only 7 days between when the dress was expected to arrive and when we leave for the wedding.. YIKES!!  But I'm going to have faith that it will all work out.  :)

            She absolutely should be giving you a discount. It's not her fault that the dressmaker closed down, but she should still try to make the situation right.

            So glad to hear that you got the full refund! And good for you for not backing down and making sure you got the results you wanted. Now just keeping my fingers crossed for you that your dress arrives on time!
