I need to start getting info out to my wedding guests as far as to where to meet us for the welcome/rehearsal dinner.

 

Im looking to have a rehearsal/welcome dinner the night before but I dont know where the Beaches Turks & Caicos resort allows you to have this? Does anyone have any pics of these locations so i can better decide on a spot to start telling my guests what we will be doing?

 

I cant leave it until we get to the resort to pick a spot, i have too many people coming and it would feel so unorganized if i had to go to everyones room and tell them where and when to meet for the welcome dinner!

 

Does anyone have the menus for this as well?

I may be wrong on this but I believe the menu options for this are the same as the reception, did you receive one of those wedding packets?  Im almost sure it says somewhere on that menu option that its also for private rehearsals and such. Not so sure on the locations/photos though.

When you meet with your WC at the resort, she takes you to each place that you can have your rehearsal/welcome dinner and your reception, she will also print out an itinerary of all your events that you can give to each guest.  The menu's are different for each event and should be in your wedding packet, you can ask your travel agent or the Beaches WC for the menu's because they do change.  We had 56 guests and had our rehearsal dinner poolside @ the French Village and enjoyed it so much, we changed the wedding location there last minute.  I don't have access to my pictures to share tonight, sorry.  

If you are giving out welcome bags, we told everyone to meet us at the Turtle Bar,in the caribbean village and I had the bell hop bring a luggage rack to the room and we loaded all our bags on there and walked over shortly before everyone else.  I think the following day we handed out our itinerary, as we seen each guest.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
