New Forum suggestion

Recommended Posts

I already miss being able to see where everyone's wedding location/resort is!!  It used to be located up next to their name, and I think this is SO useful, especially when you are trying to figure out what each resort did specifically!!

Perhaps I still haven't figured it out yet but Carly, Tammy, anyone in the old forum, you would know which threads you have responded on because you would see it a little sort of orange/red arrow, in this forum so far it has been hard for me to keep a handle on all the threads I have responded to....they show up on my page as in recent threads but it was helpful the other way as it helped me keep track of noobs and who and had welcomed so far and who I hadn't.....any suggestions?

Ok, I found the link - http://www.bestdestinationwedding.com/wiki/support

And here is the part that I think you were talking about:

Hmmm, after rereading it, I think you are right.  It doesn't tell you which ones you replied in already, does it...

Yeah, it tells you that new content has been added since your last visit but it doesn't really tell you, its a forum you responded in. It may be just a forum you read and chose not to respond in. Can you add this suggestions please Carly? That would help alot.

Thanks!

Carly, thats not it either. I went into Newbies and all the threads show up as blue, even the ones I have responded in already, prior to the conversion. So one by one I have to go into each newbie to see if I have welcomed them already. As I welcome the new ones their subject line turns a faded blue but there are still newbies showing bright blue and I have already welcomed them. I think once the conversion took place it made all posts new again. I think having a little flag or indicator thingy can't hurt though.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
