Here are my DIY starfish for the aisle chairs at the ceremony.

I am making the starfish with raffia for the aisles for the ceremony.  I just received the raffia and the starfish, so I will post a picture after I make the first one! :)

Will do Caitlin! I am not crafty either (I'm hoping I find my inner Martha Stewart through this process!) but I am going to trust Diane (ladydi) and her instructions and make one myself and see how it goes! I think I have enough raffia in case I make some mistakes on the first couple! I may attempt one this weekend, otherwise I probably won't work on it for a month or so! :)

Do you have ladydi's instructions?? if so can you email them to me?? i bought like 10 bags of raffia so i hope thats enough!!

I just sent you a PM! :)   I ordered 6 rolls from the nashville wraps website Diane suggested.  I am planning on making 12 of them since the starfish can only be bought in a dozen! :)

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
