So I started the gym last Sunday and to my surprise have stayed consistant for 9 days in row. I am not "dieting" but trying to cut out the sweets for starters and use the gym to firm up the areas that need firming. (I even managed to buy my niece my fav ice cream without any for myself.) Tuesdays are my day off from the gym as my work schedule and after-work commitments are too time consuming. Apparantly I also took my eyes off of the goal completely yesterday. Only ten days in and I had to have sweets! July 6, 2009 seems like such a long time to be good. Oh well, perhaps the eleventh day will go smoother.
