Thanks everyone for all the feedback! (I didn't check my thread yesterday.)

 

I'm still on the fence, but it seems like most of you went (or will go) without the extra support. I wouldn't do it for the "boobage" support (small chest), I'd wear it to help shape my figure and to help ADD some "oomph" to my chest.

 

As much as I absolutely LOVE my P90X (Week 3, Round 2 of the program...SUCH an accomplishment!), I really think it's changing my waistline into less of an hourglass shape. I'd love to nip it in a bit. =)

 

I'm wearing a Pronovias gown, with built-in boning. Maybe I'll just end up going with some Spanx to prevent chafing...

Yikes!  I didn't even think about this, but good call on the thread!  I guess I will have to wait until I go back for my fitting to see how it works.  I'm not big on top and there will be a built in bra so I think I'll be good.  Hopefully I can wear regular underwear and not have to go with any corset thing.....too much!!

I wore a strapless bra on top and corset-like girdle thing to suck in my waist and hips. The skirt on my dress is a full ballgown style but I didn't wear a hoop or any kind of crinoline slip under it because I didn't want it too full.  If we had been married in a traditional location I would've puffed out the skirt but since it was an outside destination wedding I didn't want the skirt too large. I had to have the skirt altered shorter since I didn't wear a slip. If I had worn a crinoline slip, the length would've been perfect and I wouldn't have had to pay for alterations because the dress fit me perfectly in every other way than the length.

I think I'm going to go naked underneath, I'm not worried about my bust, I'm very small chested and there is padding in it, and its a corset so as far as my shape I'm good there, and then it sort of poofs out a bit so I don't have to worry about the bum area.  I told my best friend that thuogh and she called me a perv, how is that perverted?  I'm wearing LAYERS and LAYERS of fabric, its not like I'm going to be wearing a porn dress where I pull a britney and flash the world.
