I have the perfect company for you to check out for doing a wedding in Puerto Vallarta. They did my event, and I could NOT have been happier or more impressed. Eventful Moments Vallarta @ www.em-vallarta.com  helps brides and grooms plan their wedding, without you having to hardly lift a finger.

We shopped all the top wedding planners in Vallarta, and EM Vallarta consistently came back with the best quality, and the most service. You should reach out to Zac Campbell or Barbara Fancsik there. Both are seasoned wedding planners whos specialize in helping U.S. couples coordinate destination weddings in Vallarta.

Eventful Moments Vallarta plans and coordinates the whole weddding from soup to nuts, from wedding planning, travel,  coordinating hotel rooms and the wedding venue, to offering full-scale, gourmet catering for the wedding.

The company has planned over 300 weddings for couples over the years, and I still have guests raving about what they did for us.

Zac and the company have been featured on several times on TV in the U.S. as experts on wedding planning. You should check them out:

I highly recommend them. They made our day easy, and something unforgetable.

I'd also stay away from dreams...if you check on here, you will see a lot of bad reviews. Beware.

You have to check out Eventful Moments Vallarta. They did my wedding and were unsurpassed for all the other people we looked at. I know it can be overwhelming, but the best in Vallarta is Zac and Barbara at www.em-vallarta.com.

I know they've been getting a lot of publicity about their work too. I got a link from them for recent TV appearances they did.

You should check them out, and stay away from Dreams, or Dazzling Details...both sound good, but were awful to start working with for us, which is why we were lukcy we found Eventful Moments...

I know EM has offices in the U.S., as well as Mexico, and know the inside scoop on all Vallarta. Call Zac or Barbara.

They made my event unforgettable, and people are still talking...

I used EM Vallarta and they were fabulous!!  They were so easy to work, great with communication and gave us very detailed information, price lists and spreadsheets so we could track everything ourselves, very cool!  It helped a ton in keeping our budget under control!!  They definitely went above and beyond anything I expected and handled some sticky situations along the way with amazing patience and tact....even when I was freaking!!  Barbara added so many lovely personalized touches to our wedding and made it truly unique!!  Plus on the day of the wedding she was there from start to finish, supervising and guiding absolutely everything from set up to cleaning up. Everybody was amazed at how beautiful it all was and said they had never been to a better wedding!!  It all went so smoothly and looked like it was straight out of a magazine...I  can't gush enough!!

    • Another option is to find an app that allows for group talk. This Wedding Party App looks pretty neat. https://apracticalwedding.com/wedding-party-app/
    • Hi Everyone, So, I was cleaning out my closet and realized that I never sold off my extra wedding OOT bag stuff from our wonderful DW.   46 Daily Spanish for Dummies 30 Pool colored OOT fabric bags - approximately 13in x 13in. They lay flat.  I used them for our wedding and they were perfect for everything we needed to fit in each bag. There’s a slight shade variation in the group; I’m guessing some were cut from a different bolt of fabric.  They are also a little wrinkled from storage and will probably be wrinkled from shipping. I have three additional ones, but they somehow got something on them (likely toddler related). If needed, I can try to wash it out and send those as well.
    • I’m getting married in six months to my foreign girlfriend. I was advised by a friend that one of the things I need to do before saying I do is to get a prenuptial agreement. Basically it’s supposed to protect my assets and properties in case my relationship with my future wife goes down the drain. I don’t know though if this is an acceptable practice when marrying Kiev ladies. I don’t want to do it if it would be insulting on her end. I need advice on this. Please help me.
    • So we are currently looking for an all inclusive resort for the wedding. We have 60 guests and found all the Dreams resorts as options and all of them gave us a quote and discounted price since it’s off season etc. Resorts in Punta Canta gave us a reasonable price, Dominicus gave us a really good deal then La Romana Resort and Spa gave us their regular price and so hard to negotiate. Will someone tell us how special is this resort that they won’t give us a good discount when all my guests are staying in their resort for 5-8 days. We are bringing $$$ in their resort and not give us a discount?  What is so special with this resort?  Can somebody recommend a beautiful resort?
