I like it. Did you use velum? I am going to be doing mine and I am still searching around for ideas and how-tos. I like how yours came out. Great job!

Yes, I used velum for the front card, clear photo corners to attach it to the black and white cardstock

(Oh and don't mind the food selection my FI picked it out....wanted him to feel like he was part of it )

Awesome!! How hard was it to print on the velum. Does the ink stay wet for long once you've printed? I don't know why but because of how velum looks and feels I tend to think the ink will take a while to dry....maybe I'm wrong.

From what most people have said it should take a while to dry. I have an HP inkjet printer and honestly it took about 20 minutes for it to dry. My mother on the other hand for my bridal shower invites used velum on a Brothers printer and it would smear on the way out of the printer. So I think it all depends on your printer.

Weird question... Is that paper brown? I've been looking for brown paper like that but all I can find is black and white? IF so , can I ask where you found it?

I have a Lexmark inkjet. I think I will see if I can buy a few sheets of velum and try. I really like the whole look of the velum with a patterned cardstock behind.

Sorry it is black and white, the picture was taken with my cell phone at work under hideous lights

Velum is on sale right now at Michaels for $ 0.20 a sheet just an FYI!
