Jamaican OOT Bag

Montego Bay has a MegaMart which is like Costco. I haven't been there but I think they should have a lot of those items.

I decided not to do an OOT bag, I have enough to worry about! lol I will be providing a welcome brochure with the timeline, hotel info, excursion info and our contact info. No one will know the difference. I didn't even know what an OOT bag was until I got here lol.

White rum and Ting is a legendary "no hangover" cocktail, so I'm thinking about including both ;-) Our guests are kind of...partiers.....

I don't think I'm including anything jamaican specific in our oot bags but will be usuing appleton rum as the guest favor/table number for the actual wedding itself.

I completely agree with you. Most people have never even heard of them and won't know any better if you don't give them. I would never have thought of or expect anything like that if I was attending a DW.

Too many other things I have to worry about with my AHR being one week after we return.

I actually found Jamaican Blue Mtn coffee at TJ Maxx! Marshall's also has these. They are pretty good size bag of coffee for about $6 each. I plan to give one to each of our guests in their bag for sure (so far have 10 people booked). I also plan to put an underwater camera in each bag too. Not sure on the other items yet though. I have looked for Jerk seasoning or sauce at these stores too, but havent found any yet. I recommend the coffee from though!

We are getting flowers from Floral Fantasy and I noticed they have a gift bag section on their website.  It's definitely pricier than going to a local store to pick up items but it sounds like they can get anything that you want to add in an OOT bag. It is also very convenient to have the items delivered directly to your resort.  I think I'm ordering mini bottles of rum and blue mountain coffee from Floral Fantasy ($12 for both) since I need 30-35 of each and don't want to worry about the Hi Lo being out of stock.

I like the idea of adding something Jamaican to the oot bags. For our AHR we are giving out little jars of Jamaican jerk spice.
