Corset Wedding Dress Question

Recommended Posts

I bought the corset back dress cause it looked so sexy on me, so I had my seamstress remove the panel all the way down until it reached my butt. I wanted you to be able to see a little bit of my back, but still be classey at the same time.

mine wasn't even an option to not have it in. it went to the buttcrack as well and just wouldn't of been appropiate...not would i have wanted to show that.

only complaint i have after the fact of wearing it for my wedding and AHR is make sure whoever is tying it up for you knows what they are doing. both days there was some 'drama' getting me tied up. not exactly something i would like to experience ever again.

The nice thing abuot tying it up is, my dads in the RCMP, and he has to tie his mountie boots the same as a corset back goes, so my dad is PRO after tying them up for 30+ years, he already told me if my mom messes it up and it looks bad he will fix it for me. Aw I love my dad!

I have decided to wear my panel half up. I have the typical lower back tattoo and don't want that to show, but I have a nice back and would like to show a little bit of it, especially since I have long hair and am wearing it down. I think it will look classy and sexy, without being trashy.

I've got a corset dress and the main reason I choose it was because you could remove the panel! Luckly mine does not expose any butt crack!!

I think it looks really pretty and cool and ideal for beach weddings! Plus living in England with the lovely weather we always have I've never seen any bride over here with the panel removed - so hoping it'll make my dress that little bit more unique!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
