Hello,

 

 I am newly engaged and plan to get married October 2013. I am really leaning towards using the Excellence Resort as the place for my wedding. I have heard really great things about this resort, but it is always great to hear first hand stories. 

 

If anyone could let me know how their experience was and what they would do differently, that would be great!

Hi, I just came back from my wedding at EPC over the labor day weekend. I spent a total of 9 months worrying for no reason. After spending 2 hours at  the most with Griselda, my wedding coordinator, I had the most beautiful wedding I could imagine. They are amazing at what they do and even when you dont know what your vision is, they make it happen. I urge you to use reno as your photographer. He is absolutely amazing and worth every penny. I cried when i saw my pictures which were ready a day and a half after we got married, canvas print and all. It was an amazing start to what i hope will be an amazing marriage and reasonably priced ( i am an extreme bargain hunter, lol) Go for it and tell Griselda and Reno, Niya said hello!!!!

Wow Niyacan ,

you just made me feel a whole lot better after reading your review. I just put in for a RFP and I now I'm hyped. We really are not looking to spend $$$$. After reading other post I was thinkin god here goes 7 or 8K  and we only are having 25 guest and after all the extra it started to add up. Thanks for the info. Crazy but hopefulwoot.gif

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
