Thanks KimberlyAnne! So did you have a private rehearsal dinner? Or did you just have it in one of the restaurants?

Thanks ladies for all of the great advice! We are getting married next July and are struggling with which wedding theme to choose. Is it worth upgrading or best to stick with the beautiful beginnings wedding?

I'll see if i can get my video online and send it, may take me a bit, did you already get a sample? I just got the raw footage from beaches and i love it, its funny and sweet and romantic and captured everything. it was worth it becasue they mic. the guy and everything can be heard where as my sister also videotaped and we cant hear so well. its worth the 300 unless you want a formal chaptered video.

Alot of people are standing around watching but the onsite wedding coordinators do their best to move people out of the area. It didn't bother us so much that people were watching but most of our ceremony pictures had bystanders in them! Other locations i know that were available for the ceremony are the Gazebos. I believe there are two gazebos locations. Meagan on this forum was married at the gazebo location and i'm sure she'll be able to tell you more about it.
2) How many people are you expecting? There were three locations that were available to us: 1) adult jacuzzi deck, 2) gazebo lawn and 3) Iguana pool. However, on the day of our wedding, there was another private reception going on at the Roman gazebo looking thing/bridge at the French Village thing that TA Jennifer mentioned. We chose the adult jacuzzi deck because of the size (perfect for 24 people) and during cocktail hour, our guests were able to watch the sunset by the beach!
3) You usually pick the menu 60 days before the wedding so they have time to order everything in (as per TA Jennifer) and yes, we had to pay for a set-up fee to put our favours at each place setting.
4) We didn't have a wedding rehearsal. It's pretty basic and the wedding coordinators instruct you right before the actual ceremony what to do. We did however, have a rehearsal dinner as it was included because we had 10 rooms or more booked. We did it as a welcome/rehearsal dinner so that everyone can get together and have dinner together.
Do you have any pics of your boquet?? Would love to see!!!
