My dress came in, and it's too small!

Your dress is gorgeous. You certainly do not need to lose any weight. I agree with the other girls, double check to make sure that the dress is in the right size. If it is right and still too tight, see if they can let it out for you. good luck.

I agree with what others have said...you def don't need to lose weight, and if I had to guess, I bet the dress shop screwed up the measurements!! Unless you know that you really have gained weight, I would for sure go back to the shop and demand that they reorder a new dress in the right size since this was this was their mistake.

I also wanted to add that it's a beautiful dress and you look amazing in it!!

I agree with the girls... your dress looks gorgeous on you!!! How do they dare telling you to loose a few inches! How unprofessional... It's their job to take the measurements right and order the right size, you shouldn't have to pay for their mistake. I hope everything works out!!!!

The girls are right, unless you've gained weight since you were measured. And if you did, that's still OK because you obviously needed to in order to look as fab as you do now! But, if you haven't, then they made a mistake, either measuring you incorrectly, or ordering the wrong size for you. The salesperson's advice to you was cold and sounds like they are trying to push the blame onto you rather than admit making a mistake.

I agree with everyone and unless you gained weight from when the shop took your measurements, the shop needs to fix it. You don’t look like you need to lose anything and I can’t believe they would tell you to lose weight! That dress looks amazing on you!! Hopefully the shop will fix the dress for you.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
