Ladies I need advice about buying on BDW

    did you buy from someone in canada? i've heard of issues on the border before. if you get the tracking number, it'll show this as well.

      i'm sorry to hear about this.
      i ordered mine from weddinglinensdirect. and for 50$ i got 50 sashes... it would have been WAY lower, but being in canada the taxesshipping went up.. but STILL 1$ / sash is still great ithought, i know it sucks when u havent recieved an item you paid for, other then getting the tracking number i believe that paypal has insuance no mater the package size as long as it's under 1000$ and i think if u haven recieved your item they might still refund you.. i read somthing along those lines one time when i ordered somthing and it didn't come............ if all else fails, DO go to wedding linens direct, they are amazing, and the 50$ would be spent great as you CAN resell them again.

          There should be tracking number no matter what. And chances are if you paid through paypal they used paypal to print the label. If so you can go back to your record on paypal and it'll show if the item was sent and if they used the paypal printing then there would be a tracking number there.

            Through usps an item can be shipped w/o confirmation that it has been received (when some one signs saying the received) or with, either way the receipt should have a tracking number especially if the item was sent priority (3 day, 2 day or overnight). I would suggest asking the seller what the confirmation number on the receipt is. Or you can call usps and try giving them the label number (the label number is usually shorter than the tracking number printed at the top of the receipt as confirmation that the post office did receive a package from the sender). Sorry you are going through this but I hope you and the seller are able to work out something or you package shows up.

                  thats super sweet of you! They were blue- let me know and I would buy them from you! It was from the states. And I tried to dispute w paypal and it said it wasnt for the purchase of goods or services? Anyone know how to continue w the dispute. If it doesnt work I can dispute w my bank

                    i would say your best bet is if you think the bride actually did ship it and you feel bad bc she is without also.. offer to split the cost with her so she would refund half your money and u both take a little hit.
