I am in the beginning phases of planning our wedding at Dreams.  I need some help!  We want to try to keep this as inexpensive as possible.  We are only expecting around 10 people at the ceremony.  But I want good pictures, but we are on a tight budget.  Our wedding is going to be in Feb of 2012.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Another July wedding! We're getting married on Friday the 8th and staying until the 15th, so we'll be there at the same time! How many days before the wedding are you planning on coming in for? We're flying in on Monday the 4th. Have you started looking into any of the details yet?

Hello,

I have been to Dreams 3 times, including for my wedding last April.  Love it there so much!  We have a friend who owns there and we just purchased there as well.  You are going to love it and will be very happy with your wedding there as well.  They run weddings without a hitch...very professional!

Hey everyone!

I can see that a lot of couple have booked a mid-summer date for a Cabo wedding...which is what I might have to do as well, but I'm wondering, what is the weather like in June-Aug?

I've been to other places in Mexico and it was pretty hot and humid; I understand Cabo is more consistent in weather but have never experienced it and don't know how that will impact a wedding...

Any feedback?

It's pretty hot (highs of 33 degrees C, lows of 27); low humidity; no rain. Apparently the humidity spikes mid-August through October.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
