Wow these pictures are gorgeous! I really love the reception décor. I wanted to know how much the décor cost, so I contacted Chandlyn. Everything was provided by Tai Flora.

Here are the quotes provided by Tai Flora, just in case anyone is interested.

Gazebo Décor $435

Chairs $6.50 up depending on color (Mahogany more expensive)

Runner and petals $200 up

Structure (with lanterns & draping) $2350

Round Table cloth with runner $40

Table Center Piece (Floating candles, pillar candles, votives, vase with loosely arranged orchids) $55

Hello!

Getting married July 20, 2010 and I have ordered my wedding decorations/flowers from Tai Flora. The mahogany chairs with white cushions (in those photos) are $9 per chair - I ordered these for my wedding because they just look spectacular in the sand!

I really love the lanterns as well but we are having our reception on the beach and there isn't a structure to support them, building one started at $900. I opted for 8 wrapped palm trees with white sheer fabric and lights for a fraction of the cost.

Wow, that sounds nice as well. And your right it is a fraction of the cost. Do you have a pic of what that would look like? I think I've seen it in one pic before but I'm not sure.

Hi!

I don't have a picture of the palm trees unfortunately. They are described as 'Palm trees wrapped in white sheer and white lights' which sounds good to me! They are $35 per tree. We also have lit cocktail tables for the Seagrape beach bar which is where our after dinner dancing will take place.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
