We are super excited to announce that we are going to be back in the Riviera Maya in late October/early November to shoot Sara & Geoff's wedding at the Royal in Playa del Carmen! That means that we are available for a photographer share (split travel fees!) for any couple getting married in the week before or after Nov 1st. :) We have HUGE discounts available at that time as well, as it is our off season for weddings here in the States. It can be any hotel in the Riviera Maya too, we are used to switching around. :) 

 

We are heading down in 3 1/2 weeks to shoot three weddings at Barcelo Maya Palace, and one at Dreams Tulum. It has been pouring with rain every day here, so we are REALLY looking forward to some Caribbean weather. Woo hoo!

Just a reminder too that we will be in the Riviera Maya again in late October and November and will be splitting travel with any couples who book.

We just posted Susan & Jeff's April 14th wedding at Barcelo Maya Palace on our blog! Here are some sneak peeks from their wedding, and a link to about 200 more (they had 900+ in their 6 hour coverage). It was a beautiful day and they are such an amazing couple. They got married on Coral Beach, and the reception was held in one of the banquet rooms. I have three more weddings from this trip which I will be posted over the next couple of weeks. Ashley and Greg are next, also at the Palace plus their sunrise TTD shoot. 

 

We are going to be back in the Riviera Maya in late October/November and we have some awesome packages, a promo, and split travel costs for any couple who books during our trip! :)

I just want to do a review of our FANTASTIC photographers Michelle and Justin Stevens of Artistique Photographie! We were emailing back and forth with them before the wedding and they had the BEST response times! They were so friendly and really made sure that they knew exactly what we wanted for our big day. We met up with them before the wedding day to meet for the first time and they could not have been more amazing, super easy to get along with-we knew we had made the right choice in bringing our own photographers.

On the wedding day, Michelle showed up at my room to take pictures of me and my girls getting ready while Justin went to meet the boys- im so glad that we were able to have 2 photographers, i got to see what my husbands day was like on our wedding as well as we got so many different angles of everything. My hubby and i have never really been into being in photos, and we thought we would feel kind of awkward, but they were really great at directing us and making us feel at ease. They stayed with us the entire day and they must have been exhausted but they were still willing to get up before sunrise a day later to do a trash the dress shoot and it was so much fun! I cant wait to see the pictures. I have seen a few teasers so far and i am so happy- the pictures look amazing with a good mix of candids and posed so for anyone considering using them, you will not be disappointed. We did a photography share and for what was included, we couldnt believe it. Thanks again Michelle and Justin for capturing our special day!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
